Reception Area
In our Reception Area we have bilingual receptionists to better serve tourists and foreign patients. We also have a play area with toys and video games to keep children and teenagers entertained.
The adults can enjoy current magazines, an Internet connection for notebooks, and also water and espresso coffee.

If you need a toothbrush, you can request one at our front desk. Our bathrooms are wheel chair accessible and are supplied with toothpaste and dental floss.

Patients with special needs:
Our facility at Multi Oral is designed to accommodate patients that are medically and physically compromised. We also developed safety guidelines so that patients with delicate pathology can still benefit from oral health.

Patient Treatment Rooms:
Our facility features bright, spacious, and comfortable patient rooms, each outfitted with the latest in dental technology. To make your visit even more enjoyable, we provide massaging dental chairs and soft music. For some treatments we also offer virtual reality movie glasses with surround sound for watching DVD’s.

Patient Recovery Room:
The Recovery Room is reserved for patients that have undergone surgery. In this room you can enjoy all the amenities of the Day Clinic. Those accompanying the patient can benefit from all the comfort of our reception area or the privacy of our recovery room.

Sterilization Center:
We adhere to strict infection control procedures in our sterilization center and in the treatment rooms. These measures provide a clean and safe environment for patients and dental staff alike.

Brushing Area (Escovódromo):
In this room area the kids receive counseling on daily oral hygiene. In their first visit, children receive a personalized toothbrush that is stored in a germ-free environment at Multi Oral. Before each dental exam, the kids brush their teeth supervised by our pediatric dentist.

Rooms for Speech and Language Therapy, GPR and other dental related services:
At Multi Oral, children, adolescents and adults can receive individualized Speech and Language Therapy or GPR treatment, whether or not they are undergoing dental treatment.

Administration:
Our member of staff has a degree in business administration and helps with the office management and operation besides offering patient support.
