The dental team at MultiOral is composed of an oral surgeon, cosmetic dentist, and a dentist specializing in pediatrics. In the United States, these specialties are usually found in different offices but at MultiOral they are found in one office where the dentists are able to routinely consult each other. This collaboration provides an opportunity for each dentist to provide their unique perspective and expertise which further enhances the care of patients. I know that I benefited several times from these professional exchanges. In another example of excellent care, Dr Klein initiated and maintained an E-mail exchange of information and digital X-rays with my oral surgeon in the United States who had placed 2 dental implants over which Dr Klein placed crowns. This exchange ensured that the dentists from both continents were equally satisfied with the progress and quality of my dental care.

My inability to speak Portuguese was obviously a major concern to me but Dr Klein is very fluent in English and was able to discuss all aspects of my dental care to my complete satisfaction. Being raised in Brazil by British parents probably helps. The receptionists are fluent in English and very helpful..

I read somewhere that traveling for healthcare that is not available, accessible, affordable or acceptable in one’s own country is a global trend that will continue to grow in the coming years.
